Nortex Announces Opening!
Nortex marked an
significant milestone with the opening of their manufacturing plant located
in the Riverview Industrial Park off
business 121 in Lewisville. “Our new
factory operation adds 8 acres and 27,000 square feet to our existing 5 acre
facilities.
The factory has
a long history in the community, previously used to manufacture railroad
cars.”
First on the production
line, Nortex proudly introduces the Nortex "J" series. Each unit has two
private offices, ADA restroom,
coffee bar, energy efficient features such as
Low E glass windows, HVAC systems with built-in economizers, lights that
automatically turn on and off as you enter or leave the building, recycled
nylon carpeting and insulation packages that exceed government standards.
Interior ceiling heights are nearly 9 feet, interior doors are solid core
with vision panels and each unit comes pre-wired for telecommunications.

Nortex is located in the
Riverview Industrial Park in Lewisville, Texas with additional branch
offices in Houston and Denver.
Within
the Riverview Industrial Park, Nortex has three parcels of property. Those
properties consist of a 1,600 square foot Model Administration
Office
located on two paved acres at 555 Jubilee Lane, a 1,400 square foot Model
Branch Sales and Display Office located on three acres of
paved land at 1598
Stonewall and a 27,000 square foot Manufacturing Facility on 8 acres of land
at 500 Huffines in Lewisville, Texas.
The Denver branch office is a 1200 square foot office in a
commercial office park located at 17301
W. Colfax Ave in Golden, Colorado.
The
Houston branch office is a 1,500 square foot Model Office located on four
acres of paved land at 2504 Farrell Road, in Houston, Texas near the
Intercontinental Airport.
Formed in 1998, Nortex has a lease fleet
of over 500 mobile office and mobile
classroom units and sales of products and services were over
$13,000,000.00 in the year 2006.
The owners have a combined 47
years of experience in the modular building business ranging from the Arctic
Islands to the Texas Gulf Coast.
With a long list of satisfied customers and
a strong financial position, Nortex can serve any mobile office or mobile
classroom need.
